Returns Policy

This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from KRONOSIX. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Important: Due to health and safety regulations, nicotine and caffeine products are subject to strict return policies. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Unopened products only may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and inspection costs.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Opened or used nicotine and caffeine products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
For health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any opened nicotine pouch products
- Any opened caffeine pouch products
- Products with damaged or broken seals
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products past their expiration date
3. Return Process
To initiate a return for eligible products, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@kronosix.com or call 702-603-1883 within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number via email
- Ship the unopened products back in original packaging within 7 days of receiving RA number
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the distributor unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect items shipped or defective products).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us with your order number and photos
- We will arrange for replacement or credit as appropriate
7. Exceptions
KRONOSIX reserves the right to deny returns in the following circumstances:
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery date
- Products that have been opened, used, or modified
- Returns without a valid Return Authorization number
- Products returned in damaged or unsalable condition
- Orders from distributors with outstanding payment issues
