Wholesale Policy

This Wholesale Policy governs all distributor and wholesale purchases from KRONOSIX. By submitting a distributor application or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Distributor Approval

• All wholesale purchases require prior approval as an authorized KRONOSIX distributor.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• We may request business documentation (resale certificate, business license, etc.) during the approval process.
• Approved distributors will receive login access or dedicated pricing.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Minimum order: 50 tins per flavor (or as otherwise agreed during approval).
• Total minimum order value may apply for new distributors.
• Larger volume orders receive better tiered pricing.

3. Pricing

• All prices shown on the website are wholesale prices for approved distributors only.
• Pricing is tiered based on order volume.
• Final pricing will be confirmed after application approval.
• Prices are subject to change with notice.

4. Payment Terms

• First-time orders: Payment due in full at time of order (credit card or bank transfer).
• Approved ongoing distributors: Net 30 days from date of invoice (subject to credit approval).
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH/Bank Transfer, or Wire Transfer.
• All payments must be in USD.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship only within the United States to approved distributors.
• Nicotine products require adult signature upon delivery.
• Standard processing time: 1-2 business days.
• Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days (depending on location).
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout or quoted for large orders.
• We do not ship to states or localities where nicotine products are prohibited.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery (subject to approval and restocking fee).
• Opened or used nicotine products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us.

7. Resale Restrictions

• Products may only be sold to end consumers who are 21 years of age or older.
• You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of nicotine products.
• Resale to minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of distributor status.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any distributor account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.

9. Compliance

• You agree to comply with all applicable FDA, state, and local regulations regarding nicotine products.
• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and permits in the jurisdictions where you operate.
